Award Recipients
Kohler Power Systems hosted its annual Distributor Principals meeting February 20-22, 2024
in Sonoma, CA. The meeting was attended by distributor principals and executives from each
of the North American Distributors. This focused group of leaders enjoyed a comprehensive
program format that included a balance of strategic information sharing, breakout discussions,
motivational guest speaker, and social interactions with peer distributors.
A highlight of the event was the annual Industrial Distributor Awards ceremony and luncheon.
With this ceremony Kohler recognizes the major accomplishments and contributions of its
distributors. The award categories this year focused on significant distributor accomplishments,
some notable retirements, associates of the year, and the annual performance awards.
