Nominations for each category are submitted by distributors themselves, with final winners
determined through a voting process by a Kohler committee.
Kohler highly values its distributors and their crucial role in maintaining the Kohler brand. Therefore,
recognizing individuals and extending appreciation at the distributor level is both an honor and
a testament to their contributions. The “People in Power” Awards Program aims to evolve into a
