5 Training information
How will this new training center improve the experience
for trainees and customers?
This new center will offer an immersive and interactive environment,
enhancing the learning experience for trainees. For our clients, it will
be an opportunity to discover our capabilities and expertise in a
concrete and engaging manner.
How will the training sessions be organized during the
construction work?
Training sessions are held at the K2 training center for electrical,
control systems, and theoretical aspects. Practical training on
engines takes place in the temporary BIM set up in the parking
lot next to the existing facility. We have transferred all our training
engines, tools, and educational materials there. I would like to thank
the general services and logistics teams for their invaluable help.
We also continue to offer virtual training sessions, implemented
during the Covid lockdown, which serve as prerequisites for inperson training.
What is the profile of the trainees you welcome in Brest?
We train an average of 800 people per year at our Brest center, in
regions, and virtually. We are accredited by the national QUALIOPI
certification, in addition to the ISO9001 certification. This allows
our French distributors and partners to get their training costs
reimbursed by regional organizations.
We also train between 150 and 200 people internally, as well
as technicians and engineers from our EMEA distributors and
partners, and clients on request. About 70% of the training focused
on APM403 and AMP802 control systems, and 30% on engines.
What are the benefits for customers attending training
at our new center?
Rehlko trainees will benefit from a high-quality training environment,
with modern equipment and experienced trainers. This will contribute
to their professional development and skill improvement. We aim to
increase the engagement of our distributors to participate in more
engine training.
