Introducing Rehlko’s
New Startup Request
application
A Game-Changer for AT&T and Our Distribution
Network
In late 2024, Rehlko launched a new Startup Request Application to
enhance service efficiency for AT&T. Developed on the Salesforce
Experience platform in collaboration with our sales and service
teams, this application streamlines the startup request process,
replacing traditional email communication.
The application introduces a digital Startup Request workflow,
eliminating manual tracking and reducing email traffic. Key features
include an automated checklist for on-site operations, real-time
request tracking, and automated data assignments—such as
appointment scheduling, product serial number association, and
installation site details.
Notifications keep all stakeholders informed, including AT&T,
third-party installers, and our distributor partners. Status updates
ensure real-time visibility, and in case of delays, rescheduling
can be managed within the application. Once completed, AT&T
receives confirmation along with the uploaded startup form.
To further support operational efficiency, the application includes
dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and
compliance with service level agreements. Rehlko is actively
training distributors and will onboard AT&T and installers in early
2025.
This scalable solution lays the foundation for future enhancements
