four regions conducted on-site verification and pinpointed the
exact locations of the problems. The customer expressed concerns
that these issues might impact production and hoped for a prompt
resolution. To address the customers’ feedback, we have documented
the issues in detail and maintained timely communication. We also
recommend a comprehensive engine check-up and suggest that the
necessary component replacements and repairs be handled by the
distributors during the annual maintenance. Our team is committed

ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment.
